Traffic moving very slowly.  Many pedestrians
going to Juana Briones.  The traffic was primarily
through traffic to either Terman or Gunn,
both bikes and cars.  Cars did not speed.
Bikes passed in narrow space on the right where
cars were backed up by the stop signs at 
Coulombe and Clemo.
